Philosophy

As a Certified Authentic Pilates instructor, my goal is create a fun and safe environment for each of my clients. I will develop a specific program taylored to your body's ability as well as your personal fitness goals. I will help you reach your body's true potential by correcting muscular imbalances, improving posture, coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength.

Pilates is a method of exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. It builds core strength and leaves you with an overall feeling of well being. This form of movement originated in Germany over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. The original term "Contrology" was made up of over 500 exercises focusing on breathing, flexibility, and core strength to develop a perfectly balanced functioning body. The central aim is to create a fusion of mind and body, so that without thinking the body can move with economy, grace, and balance.

Studio

The studio uses only top of the line Gratz Pilates equipment including: 2 reformers, 1 cadilllac, ladder barrel, small barrel, spine corrector, wunda chair, pedi-pole, and 2 mats. The studio is designed for privates, duets, and small mat classes.
